I met my husband, Patrick, in the summer of 2007. We fell in love quickly, but cautiously, and were married in early January the following year. I'm shy and often pessimistic, but full of dreams. He's outgoing, laid back, and confident. He's constantly pushing me to become a better version of myself, no matter how much I'm content to settle. Since we got married, I discovered a passion for baking, expanded my jewelry-making endeavors, and started this blog.
In the summer of 2010 we purchased our first home together and have been blessed abundantly. We live in Lexington, Kentucky with our four pets: two sparkly hermit crabs and a couple fluffy chinchillas. I blog about food, jewelry, homemaking, and makeup. I hope you'll visit often!
